Holders of Xspray Pharma’s warrants series TO6 can during the period 18 April – 2 May subscribe for new shares in Xspray Pharma. 1 warrant of series TO6 entitles you to subscribe for 1 newly issued share in the company at the subscription price SEK 40.
The proceeds will be used to finance Xspray Pharma’s commercialization plan, continued development of future products and general corporate purposes.
Holders of warrants series TO6 who wish to subscribe for new shares should contact their bank or administrator for further instructions. Holders who choose not to subscribe for new shares should sell their warrants. Series TO6 warrants are subject to trading through April 28, 2024.
